一家怪怪老人院和不按排理出牌的年輕男看護（張孝全 飾），深受初到鎮上美麗而神秘的舞蹈老師吳如萍（蔡淑臻 飾）曼妙的舞姿所吸引，於是老人們決議請她來教跳舞。然而，一場將經營不善的養老院出售給財團的陰謀正在悄悄醞釀，院長指示儘速把老人們安置到其他地方，但所有人卻都想留到養老院的最後一天。為了不留下任何遺憾，老人們決定參加國標舞比賽，於是大夥開始使盡各種奇招，想辦法藉著跳舞來為生命留下最後一道閃亮的火花……。

On a hillside in a small town, there is a nursing home for old people, where a male nurse Biran is in charge of several eccentric old folks. He is not the type of guy who follows rules, and always tries to come up with some new ideas to make life less boring. One day an aloof yet pretty teacher comes to teach them to dance, and brings some change into their lives.
